An agricultural futures contract is a different name for an agricultural future. It is an agreement between buyer and seller. The agreement governs the supply of agricultural produce at some future date by the seller to the buyer (there is no actual delivery, it is a financial settlement, a cash settlement). The futures contracts on the agricultural futures markets are standardised. The details of each contract are the same for all buyers and sellers.
